I first explored that question more deeply during my Senior Leadership MBA and it fundamentally changed the way I think about leadership.
For me, good leadership starts with a PURPOSE. When we understand why our organisation exists, who it’s there to serve and what really matters, decisions become clear and people can connect more meaningfully with the work.
That’s why purpose-led, compassionate and people-centred leadership sits at the heart of my approach.
